ATIXIS synthesis expertise is purveyed today via the SYCOB brand. Our trade experts have for several decades been providing customers with the synthesis services. We carry out the following missions:
- Technical and architectural pre-synthesis
- 2D technical and architectural synthesis
- BIM technical and architectural synthesis

Synthesis
ATIXIS synthesis expertise is purveyed today via the SYCOB brand. Our trade experts have for several decades been providing customers with the synthesis services. We carry out the following missions:

ATIXIS works on the BIM throughout a project, on the following missions:
As BIM Owner’s Representative, ATIXIS is chosen by the Project Owner for the purpose of establishing the BIM strategy at the scale of a company or a project. Our missions:
- Assist in drafting the BIM charter and the BIM specifications
- Assist in choosing the BIM Manager
- Checking compliance with the BIM requirements of the Project Owner
As BIM Manager, ATIXIS is chosen by the Project Owner for the purpose of achieving the desired BIM objectives for the project. Our missions:
- Ensuring compliance with the methodology determined by the reference documents
- Orchestrating the work of the different building trades in drafting the digital model
- Compiling the work of the different building trades to produce the digital synthesis at the specific request of the Project Owner
- Checking compliance
As BIM coordinator, ATIXIS handles the design of complex projects for all technical building trades. Our missions:
- Ensuring the conformity of the digital model in relation to our building trades vis-à-vis the BIM convention
- Communicating with the BIM manager.
Our BIM coordinators are supported by BIM modellers for the production of digital models.

ATIXIS works with its customers on the modelling of technical and architectural BIM models. We can draw on a multidisciplinary team of experienced designers.
Our base in Vietnam, supervised locally by French managers, also allows us to offer our customers reactivity at a competitive cost and with an excellent level of quality. BIM models can be made based on the following elements:
- 2D drawings in dwg or pdf
- Paper drawings
- 3D point clouds
We adapt how we proceed according to the available input data in order to offer our customers the best level of detail possible.
We can also offer video creation based on BIM models.
