The reactivity and the adaptability of my teams are what best defines our department. Since the department was created in 2020, the diversity of what we do has led us to reinvent how project management has traditionally been done.
In an ever more demanding and restrictive world, we have been able to combine rigour and technicality while putting the human aspect at the centre of our priorities.
This means continually moving forward in the interests of the project and of those who are at the project’s heart.
Backed by a well-knit team with multiple skills, this facilitates knowledge transfer and is therefore a source of personal enrichment for all involved.
Our project management and general contracting activities are not just trades but are genuine passions.

Our department for the project management of small projects and general contracting provides support for clients in each phase of their projects.

Our project management and general contracting missions include:

  • Audit and feasibility of the building on which the project is focused
  • Implementation and coordination of all design steps (from pre-project study to construction completion)
  • Acquisition of administrative authorisations
  • Coordination of architects, technical design office, control office, framework contracts, users, Health & Safety, etc.

 

All these phases are established on the basis of the following prerogatives:

  • Architectural
  • Financial
  • Regulatory
  • Technical

Analysing the adaptability of the building to the project via an in-depth audit of the construction.

 

Formalising all studies by way of graphic elements and comprehensive technical descriptions for each of the works (Special Technical Specifications (CCTP)) with the guarantee of a synthesis at each stage.

 

Estimating the cost of the works in the Pre-Project phase based on company tendering.

 

Supporting clients with their tendering strategy.

 

Ensuring that all companies are involved in the tendering and supporting the client in making the relevant choices of company and company outsourcing in order to guarantee project optimisation.

 

In the execution phase:

 

We guarantee well thought-out and adaptable execution, whether for the separate building trades  or as general contracting.

We coordinate all stakeholders, including your framework contracts and internal personnel, while ensuring compliance with cost, deadlines, quality and current regulations, by way of our inspection services and our site visits.

At each stage of the project, we act on behalf of the project owner and in the interests of the project.

 

Our ultimate objective is to deliver a project of quality and which is respectful of the well-being of its future occupants.

These project deliveries also allow us to benefit from feedback, highlighting areas for improvement that can be applied to subsequent projects.
