Project Manager
The project manager oversees the operational aspects of construction or renovation work on site. Appointed by the client, they bear overall responsibility for the project: managing costs, schedules, and technical decisions in accordance with the project specifications. They ensure effective coordination among all contractors and trades and serve as the client's primary point of contact throughout the project.

Our missions at each stage of the project comprise:
- Coordination of the studies of the various design partners (architect, interior designer, technical design office, control office, etc.)
- The definition and the precise and exhaustive synthesis of the constraints inherent to each project, i.e.:
- Architectural constraints
- Financial constraints
- Regulatory constraints
- Technical constraints
- Environmental constraints.
All this enables the building to be designed with an overall guiding hand and provides the project owner with the tools needed for decision-making, to lay out the direction of the design.

In the execution phase:
We oversee the correct execution of the works in the separate building trades or in general contracting.
We coordinate all stakeholders while ensuring compliance with cost, deadlines, quality and current regulations, by way of our inspection service and our site visits.
At each stage of the project, we act on behalf of the project owner with the ultimate objective of handing over buildings of quality within a controlled time and budget.
From the draft phase through the building permit phase to opening the buildings to the public, we work steadfastly on behalf of our clients and provide them with our expertise, so as to turn these objectives into a reality.
