The project manager oversees the operational aspects of construction or renovation work on site. Appointed by the client, they bear overall responsibility for the project: managing costs, schedules, and technical decisions in accordance with the project specifications. They ensure effective coordination among all contractors and trades and serve as the client's primary point of contact throughout the project.
