As Owner’s Representative – Planning we support our clients on the upstream phases of the project. The objective is to formalise the needs of the project owner in clear terms so as to be able to best initiate the design phase by the project manager. This means we may conduct the following missions:
- Prior legacy audit
- Feasibility study with several scenarios
- Planning (functional planning, technical planning and space sheets)
